I think we need to start deciding on quite a few things.
I think first thing first is ......WHEN.
After we know this we will be able to find locations, ideas, pricing, etc.
For Beach Hendersons, as of right now, summer is always best for us. We don't have year round schooling. But we are open, especially if it is planned in advance.

I think WHEN also closely relates to WHERE.
Like if everybody decides to go on cruise, summer time is the most expensive and prices drop first week of September or end of May. But then I don't know for people with kids in school, could they do that?
But if everybody decides to get a cabin in the mountains then summer is the best time.
I say we just start dropping ideas of WHEN and WHERE we all want to go.
